The Grand Final took place in the afternoon of the same day at the Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation, where the event was broadcast live via livestream on both the Athens University of Economics and Business website and the Athens Negotiations Tournament website, allowing the general public to remotely watch the final showdown, as well as speeches and panels featuring prominent figures from the business world.**

Specifically, Dr. Konstantinos Kasimatis, President of the Department of Business Administration at AUEB, delivered a welcome address, and the keynote speaker of the event was Mr. Byron Nicolaides, Founder & CEO of PeopleCert, who shared some memorable experiences.

This year, for the first time, the Grand Final included a panel discussion titled: “Startups at the Negotiation Table”, featuring participants: Alexandros Christodoulakis, Founder & CEO of Wealthyhood; Alexandros Karydis-Karandreas, Founding Partner of SPOROS Platform; Maria-Gabriella Anagnostopoulou, COO of Envolve Entrepreneurship; and Melina Mai, Associate at Big Pi Ventures.

After extensive negotiations, the two finalist teams of the Grand Final emerged: “NegotiaTech” and “ANTflix”, representing the Departments of Management Science & Technology and Business Administration at AUEB. Following an unprecedented showdown that ended in a “No Deal”, “NegotiaTech”, consisting of Sofia Giannopoulou, Giannis Petrakis, and Cristian Scobioala-Nicoglu, managed to secure first place in the competition.

Two other important partners of the tournament were Hustle Hours Podcast and theSPEAKERS. Additionally, the Hustle Hours team conducted interviews on the second day with the Organizing Committee and contestants, showcasing the experiences, opinions, and personal stories behind the Athens Negotiations Tournament. Meanwhile, Apostolos Koumarinos, founder of theSPEAKERS, delivered a highly engaging talk to contestants before the start of the second phase of the competition, offering tips for successful negotiations.
