The Athens Negotiations Tournament will offer a preparatory, hands-on training online session designed to equip participating teams with the skills and mindset required for the competition.

Through a business negotiation simulation, teams will actively engage in role-play scenarios that mirror the structure and complexity of the tournament exercises. Participants will practice strategy formulation, value creation, communication, and decision-making in a competitive yet collaborative learning environment.

The preparatory course ensures that all teams enter the World ANT with a shared understanding of negotiation principles and practical experience, allowing them to focus on performance, creativity, and strategic thinking during the competition itself.
