The ANT Conference

Each year, the Athens Negotiations Tournament hosts a pre-event conference that brings together distinguished voices from academia and professional practice to explore negotiation from multiple perspectives.

The ANT Conference features panels and talks by top professionals from leading international companies, alongside academics, lawyers, and professional mediators. Drawing on experience from global markets and high-stakes environments, speakers share insights, techniques, and strategic approaches grounded in real-world negotiation challenges.

Beyond knowledge exchange, the conference offers students a unique opportunity to network with senior professionals, engage in meaningful dialogue, and explore career paths and opportunities in the countries and industries where these international organizations operate.

This year, the ANT Conference will take place on the morning of Saturday, May 2nd, immediately prior to the start of the first competitive round.
